What is WindowBlind?
===============
WindowBlinds is a one-of-a-kind utility that allows Windows users to completely change the look and feel of the Windows interface by applying a new skin. There are thousands of different skins to choose from that are freely downloadable from the WindowBlinds website. A WindowBlinds skin can change Windows to look like an alternative operating system, favorite sports car brands, favorite sports team, or virtually anything else. With modern video cards, WindowBlinds can do this without reducing performance. WindowBlinds 7 adds the ability to have "blurred glass" window borders on Windows XP which allows artists to make skins that could make Windows XP look virtually identical to Windows Vista.

Additionally, WindowBlinds 7 adds full support for customizing Microsoft's new Windows Vista operating system. Everything from Internet Explorer 7 skinning, Sidebar skinning to explorer backgrounds, WindowBlinds 7 skins virtually every element of Windows Vista while making full use of the hardware acceleration features on Windows Vista for maximum performance.
The new version also adds a host of other features including advanced animation support in skins, user-creatable skin sub-styles, a new, easy to use configuration program, user customization options of fonts and colors in skins and much more.
Easy-to-use configuration dialog
The configuration dialog is easy-to-use with its slider bar and tabbed sections at the bottom.
Presets
Once you are happy with the changes you have made to your skin, save it by creating a preset. All presets can also be updated or deleted.
Random skins option
Are you easily bored with your desktop appearance? Within the settings dialog, you have the option to set your skins to be “random”. You can have WindowBlinds change the skin every time you logon.
Per application option
Want your document software to have a different look from your design programs? Applications can have a different look applied to them, by adding them to the list in the settings dialog. You can also exclude applications from WindowBlinds or set compatibility options.
Download Procedure

Download the files from the link below
Download WindowBlind 7.1.273 Lifetime Activation
Run the file Newsid as administrator.
Install the WindowBlinds from the installer provided.
Now close the WindowBlind and be very sure it is not running in anyway in the background. (Close it at Task Manager)
Copy the file from WindowBlind folder, paste and choose to replace them.
Register the product by using the registry entry provided by double-clicking it and choose Yes.
