General information

Site and Searching

Search for product using the Search gadget for the product you want to download. Search for keyword of it, for instance, if you are searching for Internet Download Manager, search for the keyword "internet", "download" or "manager". If the software you need is not available on site, please make your request at Discussion board.

Discussion Board

Please register to apply for a membership there. Go to the relevant discussion board and create/post a new topic there for your request and, etc. The staff will take some time to complete the request and review the thread so please be patient.

The Discussion Board is absolutely users-oriented zone. Here, it is possible to share your opinion about the software that we have posted or any other topic discussed. You can create your own topic and ask for help and advice from other members.

Shout Box

The Shout Box which available on the main page is for chatting purpose only. Please follow the rule and any offensive comment will be removed without notice. Pleasecontact administrator and moderator for help.  

Creating a new account on Shout Box will help you keep and protect your identity on site so that no one will be able to manipulate nor exploit your identity. This is because there are many cases when there are some people faking other member identities.

Please bear in mind the following act are strictly forbidden while using the Shout Box :

-Spamming

-Advertising

-Using offensive word

-Shout Box is not a place for making request.

Comments Section

You are welcome to share your opinion with other users on the site. It can be done in the bottom of the product download page. It is not a compulsory to register, though it is very highly recommended to register for one or using third-party log ins option.

The site administrator holds the right to remove any irrelevant off-topic comment without prior notice. If you feel otherwise, you may a contact administrator here. 


Comments Moderation Policy

Comments section’s main aim is to give you a chance to share your opinion about the software with other visitors of the site. To keep this area free from SPAM and eliminate conflicts among the users all the comments left are pre-moderated.

To avoid possible complaints we will outline general aspects of our moderation policy.

Constructive criticism of the software either positive or negative is welcome. The main idea here is to create a discussion that includes the pro’s and con’s of the program and suggestions that could improve the product or things that you feel to be removed (if so please point out the reasons why).

Do not include any criticisms of other members’ posts, inappropriate language, or off topic subjects apart from suggestions for similar programs. You can disagree with what others say, but providing that you have valid reasons. Never attack or criticize the person. Otherwise your post is most likely to be deleted.

How to start receiving notification?

To start receiving notification on new/latest topic posted, simply fill in your email on 

ENEWS & UPDATES

which you will find it on the top right hand side of the main/home page and click on "Go". You will need to verify the your subscription where a email will sent to you by Google Feed Burner. Click on the link to complete the subscription.

How to stop receiving notifications?

To stop or pause receiving notification e-mails from PC Software Zone, you need to click “unsubscribe now” link, that can be found in the bottom of every message.

How to re-subscribe with new e-mail?

You can cancel the notifications coming by yourself using “unsubscribe now” link in the bottom of the notification message. To subscribe with new e-mail follow the “Subscribe by Email” link on the PC Software Zone main page.


Does this site have any premium content?

No. This site will be and always remain free for all. There are no hidden service free or whatsoever. However, donator/V.I.P will be put at highest priority for request and receive support from us.

How is this site funded then?

This is a community based site and our aspiration is to keep the site independent and non-commercial. We are not affiliated with any commercial site or software developer.

Currently we are trying to fund this site by donations from site visitors. Any shortfall is funded with the minimum amount of advertising. This site is hosted using Blogger and therefore is completely free. However if there is any fun, we might consider opening a forum in the near future.


Problems and Solutions :

Downloading Related

When I click on the download link provided, it said the file is not found.

If that is the case please report the problem to the administrator or create a new topic about the problem on Discussion Board. We will re-upload the file and fixed the broken link immediately.

I can't open the file from the file you uploaded.

You will need to install file zipper to extract the file. We recommend you to use Winrar.

What is the password?

You can find the password of the file usually at the bottom of the post of the product.

It seem that I can't download file from Mediafire.com

 There are some country where block access from certain file hosting site. If that is the case simply request for a mirror link to other host. You can also fixed this problem by using Google DNS. You can find the instruction on how to use it here. 

Viruses detection

We always test installation and activation files before we post it to the blog for our user. Therefore there is no need to worry if there are any case your Antivirus detected our product posted as threat because it will most probably a false positive.

You can also test the file through site scanner such services as Virus Total.

Still, we are not to be held responsible to the damage caused by the product posted here. Use it at your own risk. You are also recommended to run and test the keygen, crack or patch using Sandbox or Virtual Machine just to make sure.
